Hi yaar!(not arae yaar ;p) nice to meet you all after sometime. Well, ya its all happening here at NITT. After a glorious run at currents it was time to study and this time i too
k the cycle test with a bit of seriousness and put in some effort to atleast complete the portions and had a decent better results. So only the pracs and sem to come and i am looking forward to score better this time around after a miserable outing at third sem.
Ya then is the mini project for machines lab. We (Me,Naizath,Surya,Ismail,Jawa,Senti)are working on fabricating a Linear Induction Motor and it has drained a lot from us especially the mechanical design and constraints. Its almost over and 8th is the demonstration date and we are really keeping our fingers crossed coz we hav put in lot of efforts for it.
Coming to NITTFest, at the outset i am told that its the most-celebrated event here at NITT and its quite true from the fact that the best of peers compete to salvage their Department's pride and glory and it was of some quality,some level. Especially Chreo,Manoranjan and others were great in terms of quality and the spirit of the participants and the audience. It was a great feeling of a sense of belonging to the Department and the college and the best part is when your department guys steal the show on stage and you steal it offstage with your vocal chords! Its very stupefying how a cultural fest can bring out so much of enthu and energy out of the otherwise very dull college life especially in a place like NITT. And this time with the use of mess bill barred the informals literally saw its funeral and it was really odd to see the stalls quite empty without the get-twogethers ;D
Again it does not hurt to have an enjoyable event with a rest day as an attachment away from the academics.(especially when you have an incomplete mini project and need ample time ;) )
